BUENOS AIRES (Reuters) - A blind Argentine man was given a driver`s licence after paying authorities a $180 bribe, local media reported. "It was incredible, with my complete lack of sight, to have the chance to drive a car," said Julio Cesar Perez, who acquired the permit as part of an investigative report by a local television channel, using hidden cameras. The normal procedure for getting a driving licence in Argentina involves a payment of $47, two photographs, a copy of an identity card, an eye test and a driving test. But those issues were smoothed over with the $180 payment to the local authorities of the La Matanza industrial area of Buenos Aires province.
