early on Wednesday. He will be asked to plead on charges that he participated in a 1992 campaign of terror against Bosnian Moslem and Croat residents in the northern town of Bosanski Samac, the U.N. tribunal said in a statement. The suspect, whose wife has a Moslem name, has told reporters he is innocent and expects the tribunal to drop the charges. Zaric is accused of leading a Serb military unit which was part of the Serb Second Posavina Brigade, known as the "Grey Wolves". The indictment says Zaric deported hundreds of Bosnian Croat and Moslem residents, including women and children, from Bosanski Samac. Zaric was indicted together with Milan Simic and Miroslav Tadic, the first indicted Bosnian Serbs to give themselves up voluntarily on February 14. They pleaded not guilty three days later.
