ISTANBUL (Reuter) - A Slovakian passenger has committed suicide by hanging himself in the toilet of a Turkish Airlines plane during a flight from Istanbul to Vienna, Turkish newspapers said on Tuesday. The Sabah daily said the body of Matuska Dusan, 40, was found strung up by his belt from a railing in the toilet during the flight on Monday. Crew members had broken the door down after Matuska's fellow passengers became suspicious at the length of time he had spent in the toilet. Matuska was travelling with the Slovakian team returning from the ill-fated World Air Games in Turkey. Two competitors died in the games when their aircraft crashed and another was seriously injured. Events included paragliding and microlight flying.
