Students are invited to apply to the Soros Supplementary Grants Program 2002-2003. Applicants must be enrolled in a degree program in social sciences, humanities, or fine and performing arts at recognized institutions outside of their home countries but within Central and Eastern Europe, the former Soviet Union, and Mongolia. Applicants must arrange for part of the costs of their study to be covered as the program offers only supplemental awards. A special award is available for Roma students, refugees, forced migrants and asylum-seekers. For more information on application details and eligibility criteria please contact:
