TIRANA (Reuters) - Shells from fighting between Serb troops and ethnic Albanian guerrillas in Kosovo landed on Albanian territory on Tuesday, the second such incident since Saturday, the Albanian Interior Ministry said on Wednesday. „During fighting yesterday in the Padesh area of Kosovo, shells fell also up to 120 metres (400 feet) inside Albanian territory,“ spokesman Artan Bizhga told Reuters. Albania said on Saturday that several Serb artillery shells landed in the north of the country during fighting close to its border. It accused the Yugoslave government of provocation and threatening Albanian sovereignty. Serbian security sources denied that shells had landed in Albania on Saturday. Bizhga said Tuesday‘s shelling did not appear to have been intentionally aimed at Albanian territory. „But Saturday‘s shells were deliberately aimed at Kosovo civilians 460 metres (1,500 feet) inside Albanian territory, fleeing the Serb ethnic cleansing in Kosovo,“ he added.
