agency because of the arisen suspicions. The public knows the names of three journalists whom Hosťovecká asked to cooperate (Aleš Krátky from NOVÝ ČAS, Dáša Matejčíková and Igor Stupňan, both from SME). The daily asked Hosťovecká to specify how many journalists she invited to cooperate with her agency. She addressed several journalists to work for her and analyze how the politicians should behave and what they should do in the pre-election time. Hosťovecká said she turned to a total of 19 journalists - 16 of them agreed to work with her but three of them turn down the offer. But she declined to specify whom she addressed. She does not want to do so because „if they write anything about the SDK or its policy, it would be taken as if they wrote it on behalf of the coalition“. But most of these people are not from editorial desks but freelance journalists who have businesses involved in the media sector. Hosťovecká: „I admit I contacted journalists, I admit that I was offering money to them. But no one wants to know for what purposes. All are only interested in political implications. I know that every political party has a media agency that offer the same type of services as I wanted to do for the SDK.“
