JERUSALEM (REUTER) - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu presented the Israel-PLO deal on the West Bank town of Hebron to his cabinet for approval on Wednesday. "It will not be a short meeting," an official at the cabinet secretary`s office said after the ministers began meeting at around 1030 GMT. Israel Radio predicted the 18-member cabinet would approve the deal for a partial Israeli troop pullback from Hebron and further West Bank redeployments. The accord would then go to parliament for ratification on Thursday. A spokesman for Netanyahu said the prime minister would hold a news conference at 1800 GMT. Israel and the PLO initialled the U.S.- brokered agreement early on Wednesday after months of negotiations.
